Lone Star Express

Lone Star Express needed a courier and logistics website that explained its services quickly and made it easy for a prospective customer to make direct contact, without the site turning into a wall of service copy.

The Challenge

Courier services live or die on trust and speed of contact: the challenge was presenting route/service coverage clearly enough to build confidence while keeping the path to actually reaching out as short as possible.

Approach

  • Prioritized service-coverage sections and trust signals ahead of secondary content in the page structure.
  • Kept the contact path (phone/direct enquiry) visible from the first screen rather than buried below service detail.
  • Built the layout responsive first, since courier enquiries frequently come from mobile searches.
  • Structured the front end so service areas or offerings could be updated without a layout rebuild.

Outcomes

  • A service site that explains coverage and offer quickly instead of requiring deep scrolling
  • A shorter path from landing to direct contact for time-sensitive courier enquiries
  • Consistent presentation across mobile and desktop for on-the-go visitors
  • An easy-to-maintain structure for updating service areas post-launch
